Model A Ford Museum

The Model A Ford Museum is truly a treat for our hobbyists. Whether you’ve been before or may be planning to go, each visit will present new vehicles and exhibits that will interest young and old alike. At any given time, the museum has about thirty Model A vehicles on display representing all production years, 1928 through 1931, and a variety of body styles from Tudors to Phaetons to Pickups to Firetrucks, etc.

Annually, they freshen the Museum with new exhibits and displays and create a theme for each year in which we focus on a specific usage of the Model A Ford during its production era. They also have five interactive displays that allow a visitor to learn about the Model A Ford through a “hands-on” experience.

Franklin Automobile Collection at Hickory Corners

The Franklin Automobile Collection is the permanent home of The H. H. Franklin Club’s collection of automobiles, display engines, and artifacts that span the four-decade history of the H.H. Franklin Company.

The Syracuse, NY firm built America’s most successful air-cooled automobile, with its first innovative air-cooled motorcar in 1902 and continued production until 1934. Of the 150,000 Franklins built between 1902 and 1934, it’s estimated that about 3,700 have survived. This museum is a part of the Gilmore car museum estate.

The Nuss Collection

Nuss Truck & Equipment is a three-generation, family-owned, and operated business built on American values.

The story starts with founder Charles B. Nuss, Jr., a repair shop helper turned business owner, and his legacy of commitment to family and community, passion for business, and drive for service.  Since 1959, Nuss Truck & Equipment has grown across the North Midwestern United States, providing businesses a helping hand with a hard-working team, quality products, and service that is second-to-none.

Affirming the Nuss legacy is a reminder that even in a rapidly changing environment, they strive to adhere to the principles that brought them this far, and still move towards a path of innovation. Inspired by this idea and the reliable, American-made products that brought them here, The Nuss Collection was created.

The Nuss Collection features a variety of vintage trucks and construction vehicles from the early to mid-1900s. Restored and maintained by the Nuss Family and many generous collaborators, this collection offers a joyful look back at the rise of the trucking industry and celebrates resilience and innovation on American soil.

Lincoln Motor Car Heritage Museum

The Lincoln Motor Car Heritage Museum is a place of education, fascination, and inspiration. The building and outdoor patio are dedicated exclusively to highlighting the American automobile industry with a focus on Lincoln motor cars. The Inspiration For The Lincoln Motor Car Heritage Museum Building Much of the significance and charm of the Gilmore Car Museum campus lies in the placement of many historic structures, both restored originals, and replicas, on the site. In keeping with that theme, the Lincoln Motor Car Heritage Museum, although a new building, is patterned after a historic Lincoln dealership. 6865 W Hickory Rd Hickory Corners, MI 49060 P: 269-671-5089 Email: lincolnmotorcarsecretary@gmail.com
