Vintage Car Museum

The trio of Vintage Car Museum, Event Center, and Grill is a love affair for Tom & Therese Moncrief. The museum houses many of Moncrief’s own cars and also a rotating collection of one-of-a-kind classic automobiles. Tom and his wife Therese have always been community-minded and charity-minded and continue to put others at the forefront of their businesses and lives. Weatherford feels lucky to have them here with such a wonderful and unique venue that feature some of Tom’s cars, as well as Guest cars on loan for display.

DFW Car & Toy Museum

The DFW Car & Toy Museum, a one-of-a-kind destination where automotive history and nostalgia come to life. Founded by passionate car collector and entrepreneur Ron Sturgeon, this extraordinary museum showcases an extensive collection of rare and classic cars, along with an impressive array of vintage toys and automobilia. Whether you’re a lifelong car enthusiast, a toy collector, or simply someone who appreciates history, there’s something here for everyone to enjoy.

Ron Sturgeon, the visionary behind DFW Car & Toy Museum, has been a dedicated car collector for over 30 years. His passion for automobiles began in his teenage years when he taught himself to repair Volkswagens, eventually leading to a successful career in the automotive industry. From building one of the largest auto salvage operations in the country to restoring and collecting classic and exotic cars, Ron’s love for all things automotive has never wavered.

The museum is housed in a state-of-the-art, 150,000-square-foot facility, designed with museum-quality climate control to protect and preserve its treasured collection. What started as a private space to store Ron’s collection has grown into one of the most expansive and impressive automotive museums in Texas.

Hill Country Motorheads Motorcycle Museum

Hill Country Motorheads Motorcycle Museum

Hill Country Motorheads Motorcycle Museum is located in Burnet, Texas – the “Bluebonnet Capital of Texas” in the beautiful Texas Hill Country and Highland Lakes area, just north of Austin.

Hill Country Motorheads joins just a handful of motorcycle museums operating in Texas and displays over 7000 square feet of vintage Street Bikes, Motocrossers, Trials, Flat Trackers, Drag Racers, Choppers, other genres of motorcycles, and memorabilia mostly from the 1960s – 1980s. For the Harley diehards, we do have some cool old HD’s to enjoy!

Hill Country Motorheads is not your typical antique motorcycle museum. With over 200 motorcycles in the collection, the museum regularly showcases more than 70 bikes of many brands from around the world. Some pre-60’s bikes are on display and we welcome consignments if they are suitable to the museum theme. While you’re here, relax in the Man Cave, play some pool, watch the big screen TV and enjoy all the memorabilia on the walls and vintage bikes scattered throughout the facility. There is plenty of paved parking for all sizes of vehicles, trailers and bikes. The museum is pet friendly but all pets must be on leash while on the museum property.

Hill Country Motorheads is also a great “destination ride and drive” and is located in close proximity to Luckenbach, Llano, Austin, Fredericksburg, San Antonio and the famous and challenging “Twisted Sisters” highways.

Owners Pat & Janell Hanlon invite you to come spend some time at the museum to take a walk through time and experience the “history of the best days of motorcycling” .
