Paquette’s Historical Farmall Museum

Paquette’s Historical Farmall Museum

Paquette’s Historical Farmall Museum or “Stew’s” museum is located in Leesburg, Florida. There are a variety of tractors, farm implements, and other antique memorabilia on display.

Several of the guides at Stew’s worked for International Harvester in capacities such as dealers, mechanics, or manufacturers. Others have farming backgrounds and actually worked with many items similar to what we have on display.

Tours can last from 2-3 hours depending on the interests of the guests, pack a lunch and stay all day! Catered lunch can be arranged for groups of 20 or more for an additional fee. Meals are served in the Show Barn where you’ll be treated to a movie of International Harvester clips. You will also enjoy the atmosphere of the Show Barn which houses many antique signs and collectibles.

If some of the members of your family or group are not tractor lovers or were not in agriculture, they will certainly enjoy the beautiful museum grounds, fresh air, and welcoming hospitality and they may even spot buffalo or miniature donkeys who call the museum home!

Toyota Experience Center

Toyota Experience Center

The Toyota Experience Center isn’t really an automotive museum and in fact, Chief Executive Jim Lentz doesn’t even like to use the word museum.

However, it was worth listing the Toyota Experience Center on the Automotive Museum Guide, because there is so much automotive history on display in the 44,000-square-foot space and automotive enthusiasts would enjoy visiting the state-of-the-art facility.

Dauer Museum of Classic Cars

Dauer Museum of Classic Cars

When you enter the Dauer Museum of Classic Cars, over 55 classic cars transport you back to an age when Americans engaged in a more simple life. You’ll see beautifully restored cars from the 1930s to the 1970s. As you walk along you will pass a nostalgic mural of the “Fabulous Fifties” while Marilyn Monroe looks down on her cream-colored Cadillac convertible.

When you walk by the Florida Medical Center mural, you can admire the vintage ambulance, fully restored. The interior is still functional, complete with all the medical technology known during the 1970s. It even has a loud working siren.

You then enter the perfectly replicated Texaco gasoline station, circa 1934, complete with an authentic Texaco gasoline truck and 1930’s vintage gasoline pumps, together with original products from the time when Americans were well into their love affair with the automobile.

And there are more than just cars. With just a few steps you are transported into a Hollywood premiere of the 50’s complete with the luxury cars that the stars arrived in as well as beautifully restored vintage Black and White and Color video cameras that the movies of the past were filmed on.
