The Chevrolet Hall of Fame Museum has on display an extensive collection of Chevrolet’s hottest cars and memorabilia from the 1920’s thru today. There are race cars, Indianapolis Pace Cars, and an assortment of show cars on display as well. In addition to being a tourist attraction and local landmark, the facility also boasts a number of other services they offer to the community.

The Crazy ’80s Car Museum is a private collection of nothing but 70s to late 80s cars. There are no muscle cars or hot rods of the era, just mid-sized and compact cars.

 The Wheels O’ Time Museum was founded in 1977 and opened to the public in 1983. They’ve been growing ever since and have gone from one display building to five large buildings encompassing over 30,000 square feet.

There are antique and collector autos, trains, airplanes, tools, toys, clocks, tractors, musical stuff, vintage clothes, fire trucks, bicycles, and general family fun.

The Pontiac-Oakland Museum located in Pontiac, Illinois houses a collection of vehicles and memorabilia that spans the history of the Pontiac and Oakland car brands up until their departures from the manufacturing of vehicles.

The Pontiac City Council approved the museum’s creation on January 3, 2011, and work began immediately on the remodeling of the museum’s new space. Throughout the spring of 2011 trucks and trailers arrived with boxes of items destined for display at the museum. In May the first load of classic cars arrived in Pontiac, and in June the first of those cars was driven into the museum display space.

Historic Auto Attractions is not only home to famous cars, but also a wide array of movie memorabilia. Some of those pieces include Marilyn Monroe’s nightgown, a sweater worn by Hollywood legend James Dean, and an outfit worn by Elvis Presley. In addition, a large section of the museum is dedicated to John F. Kennedy, along with the “Day in Dallas” display. 50,000 square feet of additional museum spaces was also recently added!
