Automobile collection of SAS The Prince of Monaco loved and keen on beautiful cars, Prince Rainier III built up, over more than forty years, through windfalls, “favourites” and circumstances, a considerable and private collection of old vehicles.
He thus collected and restored some 100 cars, a large sample of models built by the largest manufacturers in the United States and Europe: ” It is not an automobile museum but a personal collection of old cars from all ages and from all countries. Popular or prestigious, they marked their era and I liked them .
Prince Albert II continued to embellish the Private Collection started by Prince Rainier III.
